The order checker for cabinet dealers
Catch the wrong cabinet on paper.
Not on install day.
Lasso reads the factory’s acknowledgment against your order, line by line, and hands back the factory’s own PDF with every correction marked in red.
Being tested now with a small group of invited companies. Works beside the system you already have.

- 1. Wrong code: ordered W3330
- 2. Hinge side: ordered left
- 3. Quantity: ordered 3
- 4. Not ordered: delete this line
Sample paperwork. Names are invented.
You ordered W3330.
The factory keyed W3030.
Nobody notices until install day.
Then the job waits weeks for a remake. The acknowledgment was on your desk the whole time, and the mistake was on it. Reading every line against the order is slow, and it is the first thing dropped on a busy day.
Lasso reads every line, every time.
What it checks
Line by line. Nothing skimmed.
- Product codesW3330 against W3030, and the same cabinet written two ways.
- QuantitiesCounted across the whole order, however the lines are split.
- Hinge sideLeft on your order, right on theirs.
- Finished endsAsked for and missing, or added where you did not ask.
- Missing and extra linesWhat you ordered that is not there, and what is there that you did not order.
- Door style and colorThe spec at the top of the paper, against the one you ordered.
- Duplicate ordersOn a multi-unit job, the same unit keyed twice.
Lasso does not check prices. It reads past them and never keeps them. It is a second pair of eyes on what will be built: still look your order over before you approve it.
How it works
Two files in. One marked-up acknowledgment out.
- 1
Drop in two files, or email them
The factory’s acknowledgment, as a PDF or a photo. And your order: the PO you sent, the spreadsheet your system exports, or the cabinet list from your design software (2020, ProKitchen and others).
- 2
Lasso compares every line
Most printed acknowledgments are read in seconds. A scan, a photo or a layout it has not seen is read with AI, then checked by the same rules.
- 3
Send the marked-up copy back
You get the list of what to fix, a note written for the manufacturer’s customer service, and their own PDF with the corrections on it in red. Forward it and you are done.
Check by email
Email two files. Get the mistakes back in red.
Nothing to open and nothing to learn. Attach the acknowledgment and your order to one email and send it to lasso@kitchencorral.com from the address you signed up with. The answer comes back to your inbox, usually within a minute.
- The verdict in the subject line, so you see it before you open it
- The correction list and a note for the manufacturer
- The marked-up acknowledgment and both of your originals, attached
- Both files in one email, up to 25 MB

One real job
A multi-unit order, checked in under a second.
- 78
- factory orders in one PDF
- 39
- were duplicates
- 163
- corrections marked
- 1
- order right as written
From a real order for one building. The dealer, the job and the factory are not named.
For dealers
Already have a system? Keep it.
Lasso does one job and needs nothing set up. It does not replace your design software, your ordering portal or your accounting. It reads the paper they already produce.
For a manufacturer’s order desk
Check the order before it goes out.
The same check, facing the other way: the order as keyed against the customer’s PO, before the acknowledgment is sent. The corrections come back marked on your own order for whoever keys the changes.
Built by cabinet people
It knows what matters on the paper.
Lasso was built by Mike and Jennifer Ervolina. Mike has spent 40 years selling cabinetry. Jennifer has spent 40 years designing kitchens. What Lasso checks, and what it leaves alone, comes from the mistakes they have watched reach a jobsite.
Actual Intelligence
Smart software, built on 80 years of cabinet sales and kitchen design.
